In partnership with WHSE Partners, a lead multi-tenant flex industrial operator in California, in November 2020 our investment group acquired 18 acres of vacant land in Madera proximate to the CA State Route 99. This was a ground-up development, which now consists of 144,300 square feet of multi-tenant industrial flex warehouses. The project was completed on budget at a total project cost of $17M with a completed stabilized value of approximately $21M.
